Return & Exchange Policy
At Joe Marzi, we take great care in ensuring the quality and fit of every garment we deliver. As a policy, we currently do not offer returns or refunds. However, we are happy to facilitate an exchange under the following circumstances:
Exchange is eligible only if:
The product delivered has a manufacturing defect.
You received an incorrect size or wrong colour item.
Conditions for Exchange:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Items will be inspected before approval of the exchange.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or color is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or store credit.

Clear photos showing the defect or incorrect item
Once your request is approved, we’ll coordinate the pickup and dispatch of the replacement product.
