Exchange Only Policy

At joemarzi.com, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, we operate under an exchange-only policy. We do not offer monetary returns or refunds for any purchases.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of purchase
• Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Exchanges are limited to the same product in a different size or color (subject to availability)
• Custom or personalized items cannot be exchanged

Exchange Process

Shipping Costs
